Thursday 10 March, at 15pm, in the presence of the Culture Councilor Tommaso Bags, the unveiling ceremony was held targa in memory of Giuseppe Tavecchio.
The plaque was placed in the place of his death on the occasion of the 50th anniversary: Tavecchio, a Milanese pensioner, was accidentally hit and killed by a tear gas canister used by the police during ongoing clashes with demonstrators on 11 March 1972 on the sidelines of a political demonstration.
Furthermore, the first one was published on the morning of the same day podcast edited by Milan is memory, in which the writer Andrea Kerbaker tells the story of Giuseppe Tavecchio.
