On the 40th anniversary, the city remembers the forgotten massacre of the Eros Cinema fire and the six victims who lost their lives that afternoon.
Monday 15 May, at 11 am, in viale Monza 30 - in the place where on 101 May 14 the "Eros Sexy Center" cinema caught fire, killing five spectators and a passer-by who had tried to save them - the City of Milan will place a totem in memory of the six victims.
The fire was claimed by the neo-Nazi Ludwig and remains the most serious attack in Milan after the Piazza Fontana massacre.
The Councilor for Welfare and Health will participate in the inauguration ceremony of the totem Lamberto Bertolè, the journalist of Corriere della Sera Alessandra Coppola, author of a podcast on the Cinema Eros affair, Ferruccio De Bortoli, Mario Calabresi e Saverio Ferrari, Author of the book "Ludwig's Nazis and the Burning of Cinema Eros".
