Legality Day - 30th Anniversary of the Capaci massacre

On the occasion of Legality Day, a symbolic date to commemorate the victims of the mafia massacres in Capaci and via D'Amelio, the city of Milan is mobilizing with various initiatives organized by the institutions, associations, students of Milanese schools.
This year, May 23rd will be the 30th Anniversary of the Capaci massacre, in which Giovanni Falcone, his wife Francesca Morvillo and the three escort agents Vito Schifani, Rocco Dicillo and Antonio Montinaro lost their lives at the hands of 'Cosa Nostra'. On this occasion, Milan commemorates the victims of the massacre and remembers Judge Falcone to continue to spread his courage and his message of combating indifference towards crime and mafias.
