Concert for the 20th anniversary of the Garden of the Righteous of the World in Milan

Twenty years ago, on 24 January 2003, the Garden of the Righteous of the World in Milan was born in the large green area of ​​Monte Stella, a particularly symbolic place built on the rubble of the city bombed during the Second World War. 
Since 2008, the management of the Garden has been entrusted to the Association for the Garden of the Righteous of Milan, founded by the Municipality of Milan, the Gariwo Foundation, the forest of the Righteous and the Union of Jewish Communities. 
In these twenty years the Garden has been visited by thousands of students from all over Italy, foreign delegations and institutional representatives. It hosted ceremonies for Remembrance Day, the Day of the Righteous and the Day of Freedom of the Press as well as concerts, book presentations and conferences involving citizens and associations. It is a symbolic place for the memory of the city, which tells stories from all over the world and from all eras. 
Today, January 24, 2023, we celebrate the twentieth anniversary of its birth thanks to the support and collaboration of all the people and organizations who have believed in the project in recent years.
