Saturday March 18 was held the 3rd Plenary of the Permanent Assembly of Citizens on Climate, a truly important meeting moment because it saw the entry of the new ones 45 citizens drawn from all those drawn and who will participate in the work until September 2023. This has resulted in 90 participants, the full composition of the Assembly. 

The citizens were welcomed by the current participants and also by Ferdinando Cotugno, journalist expert in climate, environment, ecology, forests, who for the occasion gave an overview of the state of the climate emergency, the need to act and the contribution that each of us can make.

They were also presented during the plenary on Saturday 18 March the first proposals of the Working Groups into which the participants were divided during the last plenary session in January and which are working on some of the themes of the Air and Climate Plan.
