Thematic sites - Municipality of Milan

From Friday 24th to Sunday 26th March the nineteenth edition of the Festival Do The Right Thing, the international fair dedicated to critical consumption aimed at spreading more sustainable lifestyles.

It was a weekend to make the Milan area and beyond aware of all the "good practices" in both production and consumption. For Milano Cambia Aria, the Festival represented an opportunity to present themselves and discuss initiatives and activities of civic participation and awareness on the topics of air qualityand ecological transition and climate change.

At our stand at different times of the Festival, it was possible to participate in various initiatives. In particular:

• to find out more about the projects of Milan Change Air. It was an opportunity to talk about the different projects in the field and ask for some feedback on our communication activities!
• thePermanent Citizens' Assembly on Climate, we played together to better understand how this civic participation body works!
• theClimate Alliance, 
• la Green Week 2023,
• il Climate Volunteers and Ambassadors Program. We have discovered what concrete actions we can take together to take care of the city of Milan.
• Furthermore, we have discussed regarding What will the air quality be like in Milan in 2030? And what can we who live there – or frequent it often – do to make sure the situation changes? What should be done to know more about it and to prevent it? The voice of those who participated will be brought to Europe: the results will become part of the European H2020 MOSAIC project, conducted by the Bassetti Foundation in collaboration with the Municipality of Milan.
