Notice for Maintenance of Autonomous Heating Systems (MITA)

The Municipality of Milan has allocated 600.000 euros in non-refundable grants for safety measures and ordinary maintenance of autonomous heating systems.
The requirements to participate in the call include an ISEE less than or equal to €9.360,00.
Characteristics of the contribution
If you are up to date with the maintenance of your boiler for the 2019/2020 and 2020/2021 seasons, the contribution will cover 85% of the costs for ordinary maintenance up to a maximum of 110 Euros.
If you have already carried out maintenance for this thermal season (after 1 August 2021) you can still participate in the tender and will have to attach the receipt certifying payment.
If you are in difficulty and have missed some maintenance in the last two years, you can still ask the question. If you enter the ranking, we will send you a maintenance technician who will check the status of your system and will carry out maintenance, if possible based on the conditions of the tender.

Through the BE2 tender, the Municipality of Milan has allocated 22.250.000 euros of non-repayable contributions to finance up to 70% of the cost of the interventions of:
- improvement of the energy efficiency of heating systems and buildings
- reduction of climate-altering gases
- improvement of the adaptive capacity of the territory.
The initiative is aimed at condominiums, companies and private and public owners. Phase two is currently underway and it is no longer possible to participate.
