WeMi Venini and home educational interventions
The work of the home educator can help parents understand their children better and establish more satisfying relationships in the daily family context. It facilitates the relationship between parents and children even in particular moments of growth, in periods of change, complexity and crisis.
The home educator enters families' homes frequently and daily in a welcoming manner. She brings her skills with respect to minors, the management of complexity, the mediation of intra-family conflicts.
It supports parents in their daily choices and in the difficulties they encounter along the way of raising their children. Listening is the basis on which a relationship of trust is created with the minor or with the parents. Together we build a specific project to develop the autonomy of the individual and enhance skills.
The educational intervention allows us to find together strategies to emerge from a moment of isolation, loneliness, difficulty, to face a sudden change, a period of crisis.
