The Autonomy Training Service of the Azione Solidale social cooperative carries out educational interventions co-planned with the person with disabilities and the family.

The SFA carries out educational interventions designed and shared together with the person and the family to support and develop skills useful for creating awareness, self-determination, self-esteem and greater autonomy that can be spent for one's future, within the family, social and professional context. 

It is characterized by the offer of individualized socio-educational and socio-training paths. The activities are aimed at the social inclusion of the person and the development of their social value; they are characterized by individualized interventions carried out in groups or small groups. 

The service collaborates with many local entities, from the Cenni di Cambiamento social housing which hosts the headquarters of the Azione Solidale social cooperative and the neighborhood, to more distant entities in the city of Milan.
