From 9/5/2022 al 5/6/2022 you can submit the application online to obtain the size B2 which provides a series of support and support interventions for the person and their family to guarantee the full permanence of the fragile person at home and in his/her living context.

The recipients of this Measure are people with severe disabilities or in any case in a condition of non-self-sufficiency residing in Milan, at their home and in possession of all the following requirements:

1. of any age, at home, who show serious limitations in functional capacity which significantly compromise their self-sufficiency and personal autonomy in the activities of daily life, relationships and social activities;
2. in a serious condition as ascertained pursuant to art. 3, c. 3 of Law 104/1992 and/or holders of the accompanying allowance, pursuant to law no. 18/1980 and subsequent amendments/integrations with Law no. 508/1988. If the interested party is awaiting the outcome for the assessment of the state of gravity art. 3 c. 3 of Law 104/1992, the application for access to this benefit can still be submitted by attaching a copy of the application submitted to INPS;
3. with the following maximum valid ISEE values ​​(ISEE 2022 expiring 31/12/2022) of reference: 

• Social-health ISEE (or small family) up to a maximum of €25.000,00 for adults and elderly people;
• Ordinary ISEE (of the family unit) in the case of minors up to a maximum of €40.000,00;
• Social and health ISEE (or small family) up to a maximum of €30.000,00 to request the Social Voucher for an Independent Living Project.
