Condominium nurse
The "Condominium nurses" project of the Wemi Loreto space continues after the summer, a social-health service in addition to the services already present in the area, created to broaden the range of responses in favor of those who find themselves in fragile situations or risk.
This service is aimed at elderly people, people with disabilities, families with minors and involves a multi-professional team. Health education, prevention and health promotion, through the adoption of correct lifestyles, are some of the objectives of the project which will continue free of charge until 31 December 2020.
