The Cenni Foyer
The Foyer is a housing project within the Cenni di Cambiamento social housing dedicated to young people who want to live a 360° housing experience, promoted by the Dar cooperative
Have you ever shared a vacuum cleaner with 27 people? Have you ever thought about entering your house by climbing through a window? Do you ever meet your neighbors? We do! Next to WeMi Nods there is a particular experience intended for young people aged 18 to 30: the foyer is a residence model, widespread internationally and in Europe, which offers young people a shared housing solution.
The project welcomes 27 people and offers the possibility of experimenting with collaborative living at advantageous economic conditions. Five apartments overlook the same balcony, encouraging daily meetings, exchanges and community life.
Among the objectives of the Foyer there is also the planning of experiences that involve the neighborhood and its inhabitants. “We affirm that the beauty of cohabitation has been enriched with a new perspective: the pulsating interweaving of qualities and experiences of each leads to greater growth than that achievable individually. "
