Health education aims to help the population acquire health through their behavior and efforts. Thanks to its health education program, Punto Service offers users of its services, by telephone or at home, new knowledge and skills to better deal with critical health issues or avoid the onset of health problems. Health professionals are available to advise and support users with practical demonstrations (for example, transmitting good patient management practices to the families of patients) and with the help of communication tools, such as our Health Vademecum (we share with you two Vademecums attached here).
