The Municipality of Milan has decided to do not apply the partial write-off of debts up to 1.000 euros, recorded in loads entrusted to collection agents from 1 January 2000 to 31 December 2015.
This option, provided for by Law 197/2022, was approved by the City Council with resolution no. 5 of 30/01/2023
CloseRequest the installment of council taxes and other payments
It is possible to request the payment in installments of the sums due as a result of assessments, liquidation notices, tax injunctions or any other duly notified payment order. Installments are therefore not permitted for sums requested through unnotified deeds.
