Cremation service charter
The Cremation Service Charter of the Municipality of Milan is aimed at citizens, organizations and companies in the funeral and cemetery sector. It provides simple, clear and complete information regarding the activities carried out by the Lambrate Crematorium.
The cremation service charter is part of a broader and more detailed framework of attention to citizens and constitutes a fundamental part of an approach oriented towards transparency and quality of service, with the illustration of the main characteristics, contents, methods and times of provision of services.
It was approved with resolution of the City Council n.2003 of 16/11/2018 and updated on November 10, 2022.
