2)N/2173-2022 Recognition, pursuant to art. 194, c. 1, letter. a), of Legislative Decree 267/00, of off-balance sheet debts deriving from the payment of legal expenses for n. 15 executive judicial measures unfavorable to the Municipality of Milan in cases followed by the Municipal Attorney's Office for a total of €. 30.292,59. The measure involves expense. They will be present:

4)N/2222-2022 Recognition of off-balance sheet debts pursuant to art. 194, paragraph 1, letter a) of the Consolidated Law on Local Authorities (TUEL), deriving from the payment of the amounts indicated in executive sentences of the Provincial Tax Commission of Milan unfavorable to the Municipality of Milan in cases falling within the competence of the Tax Management Area for a total of € 2.528.351,60 .XNUMX. The measure involves expense. They will be present:

• Councilor Emmanuel Conte, Dr. Roberto Colangelo and dr. Massimiliano Bianchimano.

OUTCOME:
The relevant offices illustrated Resolutions nos. 2153-2173-2222/2022, detailing the sentences that determined the off-balance sheet debts contained in the provisions. The Councilors did not intervene on the matter, so the President declared the aforementioned resolutions discussed and sent them to the Council for debate.

2) Analysis of communication costs for the years 2019 - 2022.

OUTCOME:

The managers of the Mayor's Cabinet presented the proposal for resolution no. 2221 concerning the participation of the Municipality of Milan in MUSA (Multilayered Urban Sustainability Action) Scarl This company in which the Municipality of Milan, the Lombardy Region, the Milanese universities and some private partners participate, will dedicate itself to organized research, development and innovation activities in six Spokes, which will cover the following thematic areas:
1. Urban Regeneration;
2. Big Data - Open Data in Life Sciences;
3. Deep Tech: Entrepreneurship & Technology Transfer;
4. Economic Impact and Sustainable Finance;
5. Sustainable Fashion, Luxury and Design;
6. Innovation for Sustainable and Inclusive Societies.
The Councilors asked some questions which were promptly answered and at the end of the session the resolution was discussed and can therefore be proposed to the City Council

Agenda:"Presentation of the protocol for the inclusion in sporting activities of minors and young adults subjected to criminal proceedings." They will be present:

The Councilor and the guests illustrated the contents of the Protocol in question whose objective is to allow minors and young adults subjected to juvenile criminal proceedings to experiment with sporting activity as a re-educational and training element for their reintegration into the social context.
A debate followed during which the importance of the Protocol and the need for it to be concretely applied was highlighted.

OUTCOME:

The guests illustrated the research carried out regarding the damage caused by vehicular pollution and also disclosed the analyzes conducted also in the city area on the concentrations of PM2,5 and NOx, highlighting the differences that were revealed during the lockdown and in case of experiments near some schools. The councilors highlighted the need to work more incisively on the traffic reduction front, implementing some policies that can lead to a decrease in polluting substances.

OUTCOME:

After the general introduction by the Councilor for Welfare and Health, the session focused on the presentation of the Milan Help Plan - Summer 2022, which took place on behalf of the managers of the Territoriality and Integrated System of Access to Services Area. This service activates interventions to meet the needs of assistance for elderly and disabled people, who during the summer, thanks to the heat and the absence of family members, carers and neighbours, may find themselves temporarily in difficulty and in of emergency. The activation of these additional interventions will take place in the summer period from 1 July to 31 August. The councilors were thus able to learn the level of extraordinary intervention provided by the city's welfare system.

The Commission discussed community digital pacts and health-related aspects for the early use of smart phones. The need to work on prevention to avoid damage resulting from digital addiction was recognized, as well as the opportunity to set up working groups on these issues with the participation of parents, teachers and paediatricians.
