Agenda: Presentation of the "Orchard of Gallaratese" project as part of the implementation of the Food Policy of the Municipality of Milan.
There will be:

• Deputy Mayor Anna Scavuzzo with responsibility for Food Policy
• the President of Municipality 8 Simone Zambelli
• the doctor Dario Moneta Director of the Municipal Administration 
• the doctor Andrea Magarini coordinator of the Food Policy office.

OUTCOME: 

The Deputy Mayor and the Offices illustrated the project which represents a contribution of the Food Policy to the Municipality's Neighborhood Plan. They specify that a feasibility study will now have to be drawn up. They provide in-depth information about the objectives of the project and the approach followed. They highlight which themes will be explored through the feasibility study and provide the details regarding the expression of interest for the assignment of the feasibility study of the project. The councilors expressed their appreciation for what was illustrated and asked some questions aimed at examining some aspects in greater depth. They also indicated some steps that in their opinion the Administration will have to follow.
The Deputy Mayor provided comprehensive answers and clarified certain concepts.

Council Commission Consultation for People with Disabilities (Chaired by Dr. Elena Doctor)
Agenda: Meeting with the Councilor for Education and Instruction Laura Galimberti.

OUTCOME: 

The Councilor for Education and Instruction, Dr. Laura Galimberti, illustrated to the members of the Council and guests the trend of expenditure, borne by the Municipality of Milan, per educational year (for the year 2019 the forecast is approximately 9.500.000 Euros), the increase in reports, the cases actually certified on the basis of Law 104, the distribution of cases relating to municipal nursery schools and nursery schools, the main pathologies found, the overall number of cases followed, nationality, distinction by gender, residence and age distribution. You also informed those present about the state primary, lower secondary and private non-municipal nursery schools and the cases reported by the latter. The Councilor brought to the attention of the members the small number of pupils with disabilities attending private schools and the concern about the significant increase in reports for educational assistance.

Council Commission on Innovation, Transparency, Digital Agenda, Civil Status (Chaired by Councilor Arienta Alice)
Agenda: Update of digital projects and institutional website, digital week preview.

OUTCOME:

The Councilor for Digital Transformation and Civic Services and the Directors of the Information Systems and Digital Agenda Directorate gave specifications relating to the digital transformation projects; the main points were highlighted including the Digital Transformation Plan, the main projects, the Milan Digital Week 2019, the new organization of SIAD, the new portal and the online PGT. The Councilors asked questions on the merits which were given exhaustive answers.

Council Commission on Budget, Taxes - State Property and Procurement (Chaired by Councilor Conte Emmanuel)
Agenda: Resolution no. 124 - Single Programming Document (DUP) and Budget 2019-2021.

OUTCOME:

The Budget Councilor illustrated the Single Programming Document (DUP), highlighting the main budget items and answering, on the merits, the Councillors' questions. The President therefore postponed the discussion of the resolution until the end of the Commission sessions which were convened to discuss in detail the budget items of the various municipal sectors.

Joint Council Commission on Budget, Taxes - State Property and Procurement and Tourism, Territorial Marketing, Wellbeing, Sport and Leisure (Chaired by Councilors Conte Emmanuel and Fumagalli Marco Carlo)
Agenda: Budget and Revenue Directorate Finance Area and Tax Charges Res. 123- Regulation of the municipal tourist tax in the city of Milan.
Councilor Roberto Tasca and Director Roberto Colangelo will be present.

OUTCOME:

The Budget Councilor illustrated the resolution proposal n. 123 concerning the changes to the Municipal Tourist Tax Regulation, whose deadline for the payment of the tax and the presentation of the declarations changes from monthly to quarterly. The Councilors presented some requests for clarification to which an adequate and timely response was provided.
At the end of the short debate, the Presidents declared the deliberative proposal discussed and will continue its process in the council chamber.

Joint Council Commission on Budget, Taxes - State Property and Procurement and Education, Education, University and Research (Presided over by Councilors Conte Emmanuel and Limonta Paolo)
Agenda: 2019 budget forecast: Education Directorate.
Councilor Laura Galimberti will be present.

OUTCOME:

The Councilor illustrated in detail the contents of the 2019 Budget Forecast of the Education and Instruction Directorate which records an increase in the current expenditure forecast compared to the 2018 budget and a significant contraction in current income relating to the Childhood Services Area.
The Councilors raised some comments and asked questions to which the Councilor answered comprehensively.

Agenda: Forecast Budget 2019: Urban Planning Management.
Councilor Pierfrancesco Maran will be present.

OUTCOME:

The Councilor for Urban Planning illustrated the 2019 budget relating to the Urban Planning Directorate, highlighting that the relative figures correspond to those presented last year with the only exception of 500.000 euros, foreseen in current expenditure, dedicated to the reclamation of an area in via Bazzi, adjacent to the school of the same name.

Agenda: 2019 budget forecast: Subsidiaries and Real Estate Management.
Councilor Roberto Tasca will be present.

OUTCOME:

The Budget Councilor illustrated the 2019 budget relating to the Subsidiaries and Real Estate Assets Department, concentrating the analysis in three points, namely the corporate dividends which are recorded in the budget, secondly the situation of Milan - Serravalle and Milan Tangenziale , and finally the state of development of the So.ge.mi project. The directors present were able to ask questions about the financial situation of these companies.

Joint Council Commission Suburbs and Security and Social Cohesion, Local Police (Chaired by Councilors Osculati Roberta and Pantaleo Rosario)
Agenda: Mapping and situation of the illegal social centers present in the city of Milan.
The commission will see the presence of the Councilor for Security and Deputy Mayor, Anna Scavuzzo and the Commander of the Local Police, Marco Ciacci.

OUTCOME:

The Security Councilor illustrated the existing situation of the illegal social centers present in Milan, in particular those occupying buildings owned by the municipality. He therefore provided a response to the requests for information formulated by the Councillors, clarifying the distinction between those who are illegal and those employed without a title. He also reassured that the situation is constantly monitored by the Table for Public Order and Security at the Prefecture.
