Born on 10 January 1974 in Palermo, to a Milanese mother and Sicilian father, he spent more than half of his life in Milan.
He works in a private company and has had various experiences on the boards of directors of organizations and companies.
Elected four times to the City Council, he presided over it from 2006 to 2011, achieving 100% attendance at sessions and individual votes in his mandate.
