Graduated with 110/110 in Law from the University of Milan-Bicocca, he has been a lawyer registered with the Milan Bar since 2015.
It deals with matters in Civil and Criminal Law, with a firm associated with other professionals and has ongoing professional agreements with State Police unions and Armed Forces bodies.
Winner of a scholarship for admission to the XXV cycle of the International Doctorate in Criminology at the Catholic University of Milan, he carried out his research, assessed as publishable by an examining commission of teachers from European Universities, on the gender difference in the commission of violent crimes such as murder and sexual violence, interviewing prisoners in various Italian prisons.
He has been active for many years in various voluntary associations including Rotary and City Angels.
From 2016 to 2021 he was President of the Security, Commerce, Crafts and Mobility Commission, as well as Vice President of the Cultural Services and Educational Services Commission of Municipality Two of the Municipality of Milan.
He was a member of the Board of the Single Trade District for the Isola - Milan area established by the Lombardy Region and has been a member of the Mobility Commission of ACI Milan since 2019.
In 2018 he was a candidate for the Chamber of Deputies in the proportional list of Milan City together with the Hon. Giorgia Meloni, coming out first among those not elected.
He was Head of the City of Milan for Fratelli d'Italia from 2019 to 2020.
In 2014 and 2017 he was elected to the National Assembly of Fratelli d'Italia at the National Congress in Trieste.
In 2012 he was elected member of the Coordination of Milan and Province of the PDL - Popolo delle Libertà, at the city congress.
