Design competitions with prizes
Legislative Decree 14 March 2013 n. 33 - art. 39
paragraph 1) public administrations publish territorial governance documents, such as, among others, territorial plans, coordination plans, landscape plans, urban planning, general and implementation tools, as well as their variants
paragraph 2) the documentation relating to each procedure for the presentation and approval of the urban planning transformation proposals of private or public initiative in variation to the general urban planning instrument however denominated in force as well as of the urban planning transformation proposals of private or public initiative in implementation of the urban planning instrument general law in force which involves building rewards for the commitment of private individuals to carry out extra-cost urbanization works or the transfer of areas or volumes for purposes of public interest
