Extraordinary and emergency interventions

On this page the union ordinances are published, including those that are contingent and urgent, which are of interest to the community.

In the "Attachments" section there are, for each year, the files of the ordinances divided by semester and the summary table which reports the information required pursuant to art. 42, c. 1 of Legislative Decree n. 33/2013. In the last column of the Table, reference is made to the specific publication page of the ordinances within the half-yearly files.

Starting from January 2024, XNUMX, the union ordinances will, however, be published individually.

Furthermore, through the model developed by the National Anti-Corruption Authority together with the Ministry of Economy and Finance, the reporting of the donations received in support of the fight against the COVID-19 epidemiological emergency is published (art. 99 of Legislative Decree 17 March 2020, no. 18, containing "Measures to strengthen the National Health Service and economic support for families, workers and businesses connected to the COVID-19 epidemiological emergency").

There is the reporting as of 31.12.2021, its update as of 31.03.2022 and the definitive reporting, upon completion of the use of the Mutual Aid Fund, as of 31.12.2022.

The economic resources received were used for the provision of contributions to social institutions, associations, businesses affected by the pandemic emergency, as well as for the provision of shopping vouchers intended for families exposed to the economic effects deriving from the aforementioned emergency. There is no data relating to invoices for purchases of goods and services as only contributions were paid.
