Monetizations
Table of monetization values of the standard areas referred to in the Executive Resolution of 23 July 2010 n. 64 “Update to May 2010 of the monetization values of the standard areas referred to in the resolution of the Milan City Council of 10 February 1997 n. 9 and subsequent amendments and additions", updated monthly with ISTAT-FOI index pursuant to the Executive Resolution of 20 June 2014 "Guidelines for the application of the monetization values of the standard areas referred to in the resolution of the City Council of 10 February 1997 n. 9 and so on”
The table shows the division of the municipal territory into the real estate market survey areas developed by the Price Observatory of the Milan Chamber of Commerce in force on the date of the first publication of the monetization values (year 1997).
