As part of the social valorization activity of the spaces owned by the Municipality of Milan located in the ERP contexts, the Municipal Administration identifies some spaces to be assigned to third parties for the implementation of projects aimed at the development of commercial and tertiary activities.

The use of spaces for purposes other than residential constitutes an important resource for the purposes of functional diversification and integration between subjects, resources and activities at a local and city scale, elements which are believed to constitute real opportunities for raising the quality of living and relational of the neighborhoods.
