The section represents the space where girls and boys spend the moments of greatest emotional involvement during the educational day: educators take care of girls and boys and support their growth path through the design of spaces and the setting up of experiences educational.
Our sections are called Ladybugs (small section), Chicks (Medium section), Teddy Bears (large section).
In the small section there is a space dedicated to resting for girls and boys, a space for lunch and toilets; in the medium and large sections there is a space dedicated to rest and the space for lunch is adjacent to the sections. The educators, in preparing these spaces and these moments, guarantee an organization of the educational day that is careful to encourage the child's actions and self-care, in the constant presence and accompaniment of the adult.
The sections directly overlook the school garden.
The common spaces are conceived and designed to accompany girls and boys in exploring contexts and places even "beyond" their own section, sharing their use at scheduled times with children and educators from other sections. In the common areas, laboratories, ateliers and installations are offered that accompany girls and boys to experiment with different languages and learning contexts.
In our nursery, there are laboratory spaces dedicated to decanting and painting; there is a library and a motor space.
Exploring the "outside" means approaching and exploring the cycle of life and the seasons, researching nature, gradually getting to know the world that lives there, to understand it and learn to take care of it.
The two gardens are large and accessible from the sections.
