Urban parking program
With City Council Resolution no. 567 of 27.03.2013, the process of updating the Urban Parking Program (PUP) and the related Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) procedure had been started.
Given the need to proceed with the update of the PGTU, established with City Council Resolution no. 467 of 08.04.2022 it was deemed appropriate to update the guidelines for updating the PUP approved with DGC n. 567 of 27.03.2013, which, although still valid in content, it was necessary to update them in consideration of the new strategic choices of the Administration.
With City Council Resolution no. 467/2022, therefore, the process of updating the General Urban Traffic Plan and updating the Urban Parking Program of the Municipality of Milan was started, as well as the related Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) process, in order to comply with the principles of efficiency and cost-effectiveness, a single SEA procedure will be launched.
The activity to update the PUP will be developed in line with the actions envisaged by the PGTU and the analyzes of the parking needs identified by the PGTU will be taken as a reference for updating the PUP.
The SEA procedure relating to the updating of the PUP started, following the City Council Resolution no. 567/2013, with Managerial Resolution no. 63/2013 of 28.06.2013, was therefore closed with Management Resolution no. 4096 of 23.05.2022.
