When filling out the forms for requests for occupations that are not events, it must be indicated whether the requested locations are subject to monumental or environmental restrictions. In these cases the applications will be subjected to evaluation by the Inter-departmental Committee.

Gae Aulenti square and Alvar Aalto square
In addition to the formal request to the Advertising and Land Occupation Area, to submit an application for occupation of public land in these squares it is mandatory to contact the COIMA company, which manages the maintenance of the flooring: Tel. 02 632391 to agree on any technical requirements required for the occupation.

The Municipality will issue the concession only in the presence of documentation from the COIMA company on the need or otherwise for technical requirements to protect and guarantee the places being occupied.
In the event of a request for a security deposit, insurance or sureties, suitable documentation proving their establishment must be presented.
The applicant for employment must present all the above documentation when collecting the concession.

Merchant's Lodge
Requests for employment at the Loggia dei Mercanti must be accompanied by authorization from the ANPI - National Association of Italian Partisans.

Piazza San Carlo
Requests for employment in Piazza San Carlo must be accompanied by the authorization of the Prior of the Convent of San Carlo al Corso.

For historic street professions (former artistic creators or intellectual workers), before submitting the request on the specific form, the applicant must register in the appropriate register at the One-Stop Shop for Productive Activities (SUAP).
