Enhancements of affiliated residential buildings (CSP – SPV – RPV)
Procedures reserved for specific categories of residential properties built under the construction regime affiliated with the Municipality of Milan which concern:
- Request for transformation into full ownership of properties built on areas ceded by the Municipality under surface rights (CSP)
- Request to determine the maximum sales price for transfers after the first assignment (RPV)
- Request for early removal of conventional restrictions on subsidized residential construction (SPV)
