Libraries
Milan is a city full of cultural institutions such as libraries, archives and documentation centers. In addition to the municipal ones, which include the public reading and specialist libraries, there are numerous others of a public and private, general and sectoral nature, in addition to the university libraries and public reading libraries gathered in the systems of the metropolitan city.
Of particular interest due to the richness of the collections are the Braidense National Library with the Santa Maria Teresa Media Library and the Ambrosian Library.
