An alliance between the Municipality and citizens against irregular rentals

On an experimental basis, a direct communication channel is opened available to citizens to:

• report the use of properties of public housing or subsidized construction (social residential construction) for uses other than those defined as foreseen, such as, for example, tourist accommodation;
• report the use of properties of private construction for tourist accommodation uses without the necessary authorizations; 
• report rentals and rental proposals for homes that do not comply with the building regulations, in particular in terms of habitability and housing dignity;
• report rentals "under the table", i.e. without the stipulation of regular rental contracts.

Communications must be sent to the email inbox SOSaffitti.segnalazioni@comune.milano.it indicating:

• name and surname (with possible express request to remain anonymous) 
• references of the property  
• type of irregularity 

Reports, on the citizen's free initiative, may be taken into consideration only in the presence of the aforementioned essential information.

The data reported in the reports will be processed in compliance with EU Regulation no. 2016/679.  Information pursuant to art. 13 of EU Regulation no. 2016/679.
