4. Ordinance of the TAR Lombardy - Milan, Section. IV, 13.09.2023, N. 853/2023 REG.PROV.CAU. in relation to appeal No. 01512/2023 REG.RIC.
5. Ordinance of the TAR Lombardy - Milan, Section. IV, 01.02.2024, N. 118/2024 REG.PROV.CAU. in relation to appeal No. 02479/2023 REG.RIC.

proceeds with the publication of the attached documents.

Finally, the provisions in question prescribe that:
"the Municipality must not remove from its website, until the publication of the final sentence, the appeal and the list of names of the interested parties integrated by the notice, as well as the news and documents relating to this dispute".
