The Municipal Recruitment Office issues the following documents:

• Certificate of registration in the draft list
  - contains the personal data of the person registered on the draft list, the data relating to the class to which he or she belongs and the relative list number
• Leverage outcome (replaceable with self-certification)
  - reports the personal data of the person registered on the draft list, the data relating to the class to which he or she belongs, the relative list number and the outcome of the draft visit (capable enlisted, reviewable, reformed). The cause for review/reform is omitted in the certificate
• Matriculation certificate (replaceable with self-certification)
  - reports the data relating to registration and the outcome of the military service
  - also includes the date of departure and discharge, the corps where the military service was performed and the rank.

Issuance costs

• self-certification is free
• stamped certificate €16,52
• certificate on plain paper €0,26
  (a reason for exemption from stamp duty required by law must be declared).

The discharge is the document that demonstrates one's position with respect to military obligations.

It contains the enlisted person's personal data, the date of commencement of military service and discharge, the rank and the corps in which service was performed.

• If the soldier receives it from the military authorities at the end of the military service period
  - must present it to the Conscription Office of his Municipality of residence for the relevant registrations and for the approval of the Mayor
• if instead the military authorities send it to the municipality of residence
  - the interested party can collect it directly at the counter.
